Once the recipe was locked, I didn’t stop there. I drove two hours each way — more than once — to visit local beverage producers, determined to figure out how to get Jeer Up into a can without losing its bold taste and natural benefits. The learning curve was steep, from filtration struggles to carbonating the right way, but my vision never wavered.
